This home was built with the gorgeous bay views in mind. Roof top furniture provided to enjoy cocktails while taking in the views of the Surf City Yacht Club and the wide open bay views. Plenty of seating in the kitchen area. The dining room furniture expands to seat 6-8 people. The outside deck will seat 6 comfortably and the yard will also have a seating area. The new relaxing pool is a wonderful feature to this already great home. The garage has kayaks, stand up paddle boards and beach gear for your use. There are beautiful panoramic views of the bay-front perfect for LBI sunsets! The primary bedroom has a king bed and pull out couch. There are 2 Jr Suites with queen beds, a kids room with 2 twin beds and a family room with a pull out sofa, jr kitchen and tv. This Surf City home is perfect for family vacations as it is close to the bay beach and many local LBI restaurants and shops. The roof top deck allows for a place to unwind and relax!
