“South-End Sunshine” is a quintessential beach house located at the southermost point of LBI in quiet Holgate. Close to the bay with fantastic sunset views from the decks and yet, only several houses to the south end ocean beach. Best known as LBI's surfer's paradise and scenic wildlife preserve. There is a playground nearby including basketball and a tennis court situated on the bay beach. A short walk to the wildlife preserve and Bowker’s Deli for a breakfast sandwich, cheese steak or ice cream.

- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
