Enjoy the “Ship Bottom Surf Shack”, an open concept, 2nd floor beach house. This tastefully decorated, upstairs apartment has 3-bedrooms and 2-full baths. The private, fenced in yard is outside living at its best! The covered patio has an extensive entertainment area with a big screen TV and a fire pit with a seating area. There is a relaxing outdoor shower. Located just one block from the ocean and one block from the bay where you can enjoy both breathtaking sunrises and sunsets every morning and night!
The primary ensuite has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a daybed with trundle. The 3rd bedroom has a set of twin bunks.
There is a private, enclosed fenced yard for dogs! A new outside shower, fire pit and sitting area & outside dining area. The off-street parking is completely separate from retail space below.
Pets require a $400 non-refundable pet fee.

- No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if any.
- No parties or events without prior written approval from the Owner.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
