“SEA-CLUSIVE” is a luxurious nautically themed beach house with 5-bedrooms, 3-1/2-baths and 2 additional sleeping areas. It is located by the bay and is a short walk to the beach, park and bird sanctuary. For your outside enjoyment this home has 2 outside decks, a roof top deck, and large backyard. Step into the backyard oasis and soak in the heated swimming pool. There is also a screened in dining area, outside kitchen and outdoor shower. The home also offers a 2-car garage that has been converted into a game room that includes a pool table, ping pong table, poker table and video game. Just behind the game room is the elevator and a room with a docking station for all your electronic equipment. There is also an additional sleeping area with a daybed and trundle that could be used as a 6th bedroom. The 7th sleeping area is located in the family room that has a pullout sofa. As an added bonus, the owners are providing linens, towels, and beds made prior to your check in (For 7-day rentals only).

- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
