Welcome to the "Outdoor Oasis"! As beautiful and refined as this 4 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath luxury retreat is on the inside, you'll be hard pressed to leave the resort quality outdoor spaces! Starting with the backyard, there is a heated pool, large enough to fit your entire group. Complete with a motorized, safety cover. Surrounded by soft AstroTurf with cushy resort lounges. The outdoor chef's kitchen is right there to grill lunch or dinner. Don't need to run inside for a cold beverage as there is a built-in fridge right there. Hang out by the wrap around bar and watch TV. When things begin to cool down for the evening, there is a gorgeous, contemporary gas fire pit with big comfortable seating.
This reverse living home had 3-bedrooms on the first floor, including a junior suite. There is also a family room with a wet bar.
Bring your groceries upstairs to the kitchen in the elevator, where you'll find an open concept layout with a dining area and living room. There is a second gas grill here on the deck with a high top table and seating to drink your coffee to watch the sun rise.
One more flight up to the rooftop deck with more comfy seating and a panoramic view of the island's bay and ocean.
Holgate is best known as the peaceful oasis on Long Beach Island and offers extremely close proximity to both the bay and the ocean beach. This house is perfectly situated to access both!
