This newer luxury home was built in 2020 in North Beach on a large landscaped 100’ x 100’ lot -- a truly unique vacation destination and home away from home! The well-appointed house is built in a location that combines the best that Long Beach Island has to offer. It is peaceful, well-designed, and art-filled -- situated on a tranquil, private lane and built to afford large groups, loved ones and friends a beautiful space to gather under “one roof” and make special, lasting memories.

It is only steps away from the ocean (third house from the private beach entrance) – conveniently located just a mile (or a quick 20-minute walk) from Surf City shops and a half-mile from Sunset Park in Harvey Cedars. Drive further north and you can visit “Old Barney” at lighthouse point!

Much effort has been spent creating one-of-a-kind lovely, light-filled interior and exterior spaces that will enable you to carve out truly relaxing moments and fun times for all. The 3000 square foot home features modern reverse living, an open floor plan, and an elevator for your convenience, and lots of windows and decks to take in the beautiful ocean views. Take it from some of the guests who have found it “absolutely gorgeous” and filled with “all of the small details that make it a nice place to spend time with friends who are more like family.”

Technology abounds throughout the indoor and outdoor living spaces with six TVs, a Sonos sound system, and Wi-Fi. There is plenty of room for all ages– children, teenagers and the young at heart. Seven parking spaces are available for your convenience. On the top floor, you will find a gourmet kitchen with modern appliances, including a 6-burner gas stove, full-size refrigerator, and beverage refrigerator, that is well stocked for entertaining and defining your own sense of hospitality. The kitchen is at the heart of an open floor plan that includes a living room and dining room with additional seating at the large kitchen island. Or walk through the sliding doors for additional dining on the deck where there is a table for six with a covered umbrella, a gas BBQ grill, as well as two rocking chairs for morning coffee or afternoon relaxation. Two bedrooms, each with a vaulted ceiling, queen bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, are located on this floor --along with a powder room for guests. Take a walk upstairs to the rooftop deck and take a break while

sitting at the four-top cocktail table to enjoy ocean views and watch the sunset over the bay!

The first floor consists of four large bedrooms that include: a primary bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom and walk-in shower; one bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower; one bedroom with a queen bed; and, one bedroom with two twin beds and a trundle. The latter two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub. All bedrooms include blackout drapes and sound machines to ensure a good night’s rest. A washer and dryer can be found in the hallway laundry closet.

There is also a smaller living room with a TV, wet bar, beverage refrigerator, coffee maker, sleeper sofa, and powder room. Walk through the sliding glass doors to a covered porch complete with a sofa and two plush chairs to relax for morning coffee or cocktails in the afternoon while you gaze over the pool and outdoor area below.

The bottom floor hosts a game room, providing extra entertainment for a rainy day or evening fun –with a pool table, air hockey table, card table, and tabletop arcade game featuring Pac-Man. The opportunity to set up a ping-pong table exists, as well. There is also a third powder room that serves as a second laundry facility with a washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board. An additional full-size refrigerator and freezer are available on this floor for quick access from the outside. Our large outdoor oasis has much to offer! Enjoy a dip in the heated saltwater pool, hang out on one of the four chaise lounge chairs by the pool to soak up the sun, or relax in a club chair under the covered patio. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a sink and beverage refrigerator, outdoor television, outdoor bar seating for eight, a second gas BBQ grill, and another large dining table with an umbrella for lots of entertaining options. Don’t forget the gas fire pit with four Adirondack-style chairs, regulation-size

cornhole court and plenty of other outdoor games for your pleasure! The outdoor shower rounds out this unique shore house haven, all privately contained within our fully fenced-in yard. Throughout the house, you will find plenty of board games and books available for your enjoyment during your stay. Also provided are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cart, beach wagon and eight beach badges for your use.
