This beach home is a 2020 build and one of the newest houses in the Island's End development, which was recognized this summer by Oprah in O Magazine. Brand new everything throughout the home and decorated with an elegant and relaxed seaside feel. It sleeps (12) comfortably with five bedrooms, including two en suites and a classic bunk room for kids. Beach block to the ocean and the bay. The bay access at the end of the street is a perfect launching point for all of your bay toys as well as access to a public playground, tennis court and basketball court. Inside the home, separate living areas on the second and third floor make for plenty of space to both relax and entertain. Second floor includes a Queen bed suite, the bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks, a standard queen room, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. Second floor also includes a wet bar, covered deck, powder room and laundry. The third floor houses the king bed suite with an ensuite bathroom. The open floor plan of the third floor is anchored by the brand new kitchen, designer living room, large dining room table and open air deck with a gas grill. ThThe rooftop deck for sunsets and fenced in backyard complete the home as an oasis with a heated pool, paver patio and lounge area. This home is a wonderful LBI escape with close proximity to nature, restaurants and kid friendly activities.

- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
