The “Courtyard Cottage” is a beautifully maintained Nantucket style beach house with 5-bedrooms and 3-full baths, tucked away on a private cul-de-sac on the oceanside, with a walkway that provides easy access to the beach. The interior of this home boasts an open floor plan, 2-bedrooms on the first floor. 3-bedrooms on the 2nd floor, including a spacious ensuite that has a sitting area and private deck overlooking the tennis courts. This beach house has a beautiful wrap around porch with upscale comfortable seating to relax and enjoy your vacation. There is an outside shower and hot tub. Also, there is a detached garage for your bikes and beach toys. Outdoor seating with gas grill. If you enjoy tennis, the property backs up to the tennis courts which are available to the cottage owners and their guests. There is off-street parking for 5-cars, the condo association does not permit parking on the street. Hideaway nature trail is across the street. Sorry, no pets allowed.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
