“Caribbean Vibes” is an ocean side beach house that is perfect for your family and friends to get together to relax and enjoy beach life. Plenty of room for everyone to be together or have your own space. Centrally located in beautiful Brant Beach. Just a short walk to the ocean or bay. This lovely beach house will be the perfect spot to make some memories. Includes 4-bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths. And let's not forget the roof top deck and backyard fire pit with comfy Adirondack chairs for relaxing with friends and family by the fire after a long day at the beach!
This house is also pet friendly based on owner's approval for a non-refundable $500 fee.

- No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if any.
- No parties or events without prior written approval from the Owner.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
