“Bay Watch” is waterfront home located within the prestigious SouthPort basin.
This pet friendly home has plenty of space indoors and out to entertain for all ages and soak up the sun. Not enough water? It even includes a pool. To top it off, the ocean beach is only several houses away! Inside, there is an updated gourmet kitchen for the most decerning chef to prepare meals. The dining room table seats 10. The main level has a living room & a den with ample seating and even a wet bar to enjoy a cocktail out on the deck as you watch the sun go down. On the upper bedroom level there are 4-bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a twin day bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a shared hallway bathroom with a double vanity & a shower/tub combo. The primary suite has a cozy king-sized bed, sitting area, a private deck overlooking the bay, 2 closets and an ensuite with a full bath and a stand-up shower. The private ground floor living area has a pullout couch and table, ideal if you have to work while on vacation. Multiple decks to enjoy glorious sunsets. Take a dip in the in-ground pool, go kayaking, crabbing or dock your boat right in the backyard. When you’re done with all that, cook your catch of the day on the gas grill. The house is even pet friendly (with a non-refundable $300 pet fee).

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
