With easy on-and-off island access, you can arrive, park your car, and enjoy the convenience of walking to Surf City's popular restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, ice cream parlors, and family attractions throughout your stay.
Inside, the home has been thoughtfully furnished with mostly new décor in a soft, coastal palette that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. New bathrooms, flooring and a fresh coat of paint too. Designed with both comfort and functionality in mind, the spacious floor plan offers five bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, making it ideal for multiple families or extended family vacations.

- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
