This new construction (built in 2021) 4 bedroom, 3 and 1/2 bathroom house (plus an outdoor shower) is situated in the heart of the Beach Haven historic district on 2nd Street, only 8 houses from the beach! Park your car for the week and walk to Murphy's for groceries, Bay Village, Thundering Surf, Fantasy Island, Surflight Theater, Buckalews, Station 117, The Chicken or the Egg, the Sea Shell or roll right out of bed for the best coffee & Crepes at La Creperie de la Mer directly across the street. The home has a private outdoor heated pool with a pool house equipped with bikes, beach chairs/beach cart and an outdoor TV/Nintendo switch. The backyard also has a grill, and outdoor shower. Inside, everything is brand new including a gourmet kitchen with large center island (seats 4), large kitchen table (seats 10), family room with a sectional couch, mud room, spacious laundry room and a wrap around porch with benches and rockers. Upstairs, there are 3 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms (3 King bedrooms and a kids bunk room with "2" triple high bunks and a trundle on one of the triple bunks). Each bedroom includes a TV (includes Netflix, Hulu and Disney Plus), and the kids room also has Nintendo switch that can be used in this room or in the pool house.
The listing includes 8 beach badges, however, towels & linens are not included. We can recommend local linen companies for your convenience to align to your rental needs.

- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
