Welcome to “Flip Flops”. A bottom unit of a quadplex with the privacy of a single home. Leave your shoes behind as flip flops are even optional here. Step down from your private deck and right onto the sand for your perfect beach vacation getaway. Located in quiet Holgate at the south end of the island, an oceanfront gem is right on the beach.
This quintessential beach house has substantial amenities in a cozy package. Includes 3 nice sized bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths. An updated kitchen with granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Wake up and have your coffee on the deck as you take in the morning sunrise. Take in the rays on your private backyard beach or walk down the path to the ocean for a swim or to watch the whales and the dolphins. A relaxing outdoor shower is provided to wash the day away. Dinner on the covered back deck then finish the evenings with star gazing under a panoramic view of the sky.
Only a quick bike ride into Beach Haven to experience some of the best restaurants, listen to some live music, watch a play at the Surflight Theater, or visit some of the many shops. The Fantasy Island amusement park and Thunder Surf water park have been recently updated for family enjoyment.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
