Welcome to your perfect Surf City summer retreat. This bright, single-floor ranch-style beach cottage offers three bedrooms and two full baths and comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. Central air conditioning keeps things cool after sun-soaked days, and everything you love about Long Beach Island is just a short block and a half away. Walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, mini golf, and ice cream stops in minutes.
Inside, the open-concept living space features vaulted ceilings and a relaxed coastal vibe. The fully equipped kitchen includes all cookware and utensils, a breakfast bar, and flows easily into a dining area with a large table for family meals. The living room offers comfortable seating, a queen-size pullout sofa, two Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bath. Two additional bedrooms each include a double bed and a twin, with full closets and overhead fans throughout the home.

- No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if any.
- No parties or events without prior written approval from the Owner.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
