The fenced backyard offers a private retreat, complete with a gas grill and outdoor dining area—ideal for summer evenings. Inside, you’ll find sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests across 4 bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin-over-full bunk, and 2 twin beds.
The entire second floor was beautifully renovated in 2017, featuring expanded bedrooms, a new full bathroom, laundry, and updated A/C units. The kitchen was tastefully remodeled in 2019, making meal prep a breeze.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
