Popular beach house is perfect for larger families or multiple generations. Located in a quiet section of North Beach Haven, this home is in excellent condition with plenty of space for the whole family. Four decks: one off of the kitchen, one off of the living room, one off of the Master Bedroom and a spacious roof top deck with lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs which allow you to star gaze after the sun goes down. This house has a second television room with three sofas and large flat panel TV which allow the kids to gather for board games or watching movies. The large eat in kitchen has seating for 12 around the dining table and island seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, wall oven and gas cook-top. There's a gas grill on the back deck for barbecuing. Professionally landscaped back yard with clothes line for hanging beach towels and an outdoor shower. Parking for four cars on the private driveway.
Notes: This house has reversed living meaning all bedrooms are on the lower level and living space is on the upper level.
