The home features 5 bedrooms which sleeps up to 12 (including a large master room with sitting area); 2 updated bathrooms; 1 external bath/shower with 'waterfall' showerhead; new kitchen (including dishwasher, extra large refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, microwave, pots/pans and dining dishes/silverware/glasses); cozy dining room with corner cabinet and dining table to seat up to 8; open living room area with a gas fireplace and cable TV; wireless internet access; beautiful outside area including a large front deck, a front porch with sitting area, a back deck with a glass table/umbrella set, gas grill and a wonderful large outside decked area with table. The house has central air, washer & dryer unit, and ample off street parking with 3 driveways!

- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
