About this home
This beautiful historic home has been completely renovated from top to bottom. A lovely Coastal Decor awaits as you soak in the summer breezes walk or bike everywhere in Beach Haven. The house is well appointed with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation.
An open concept floor plan on the first floor with large kitchen including island seating, dining area and living room with sectional and flat screen TV. The first floor also has a 1/2 bath and washer/dryer.
Up to the second floor where you will find 4 bedrooms. The large, master suite boasts a king size bed, seating area and flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and seating area, Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, Bedroom 4 has a twin bed with trundle. Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 share the full bath in the hallway. Up to the third floor for an enormous room with 4 twin beds, flat screen TV with lounging space and a 1/2 bath.
The day doesn't end when you leave the beach. There's an in-ground pool, with cabana room in the back yard along with lounge chairs, picnic table, gas grill and outdoor shower.
This location cannot be beat!

- No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if any.
- No parties or events without prior written approval from the Owner.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
