For your additional entertainment pleasure, a 1st-floor family room boasts a wet bar, double-sided fireplace, and flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors flow to the first level deck with an inviting sitting area including a tv above the outdoor fireplace which overlooks the pool, pool bar, and gardens.

This floor also boasts 4 additional bedrooms that include 2 beautifully adorned king en-suites, and a family suite complete with a queen bedroom with front porch access and a bunk room with two twin bunk beds. Connected is a large bathroom with a bathtub. You will also find another laundry room on this floor for your convenience.

Down the steps, you’ll find even more space for entertaining! A game room which holds an extra refrigerator, shuffleboard, two arcade games and a large tv. Exit the sliding glass doors to the patio where you’ll find an outdoor pool table, two outdoor showers and the pool area.

The ground floor is where things become really interesting. Pavers surround the generously sized heated saltwater pool with a tanning ledge that holds 4 ledge loungers. For coffee lovers, this home is equipped with 2 Keurigs and a drip pot.

The max occupancy is 16.

Please note: The hot tub can be used for 3 set hours every day of the week at a predetermined time of the day. For instance you will request 7pm - 10pm and every night the hot tub will go on at that pre-determined time. When the hot tub is on the pool heater turns off.

Please note: There will be a $450 cleaning fee for rentals less than 7 nights.
