Just 5 doors to the beach, this newly remodeled 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath nautical home, is in the sought after LEHYC section of Beach Haven,... add the pool and cabana room and you have the perfect location for your family vacation!
The top floor has an open-concept living area that is perfect for entertaining. Adorned with an arched transom window, ship lap walls, and gas fireplace, it is the perfect space to relax at the end of the day.
The gourmet kitchen, is well-equipped to handle any size gathering with plenty of pots, pans and plates. The dining area and breakfast bar can seat 13 guests and for outdoor cooking there are 2 BBQ grills, serviced and ready to go.
Down a level is the completely remodeled Master en-suite (king bed). Follow the private hall to two additional bedrooms (both queen beds), a bunk room with 2 bunks (4 twins), and a bonus area known as the "nautical nook" - that offers a day bed with trundle for extra vacationers. For your entertainment pleasure, there are TV's in all of the rooms except the bunk room, 5 TV's in all.
The ground level is where the vacation lifestyle raises to a new height. The cabana room offers a shuffle board table and dart board, then opens to the pool patio boasting a salt water in-ground pool with sun shelf.
This space also houses 4 beach cruiser bikes and 2 mountain bikes, all with locks to travel and serviced for the season. For beach excursions, there are 8 beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and 10 beach badges.
The roof top deck is perfect to take in a magnificent sunrise or sunset at days end, and offers a fire pit to enhance an evening under the stars.
This nautical dream is a very short distance to everything Beach Haven has to offer, only a block from the children's playground, pickleball courts, ice cream shop, + island boutiques, casual and fine dining, kids amusements parks and more.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.
- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
