The Amber Street cottage is a favorite for so many visitors in Beach Haven. The charming 2 bedroom 1.5 bath, has been exquisitely renovated to offer an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area + bathroom - on the top floor, and 2 bedrooms with a full bath and washer/dryer on the ground floor. A sitting room off of the master bedroom offers sliders to a private patio, complete with dining area and umbrella overlooking the gardens of the estate. Located on Veteran's Park and the closest of the Amber Street homes to the beach, you are a very short distance to all of the action packed activities in Beach Haven. Concerts in the park - Wednesday evening, live theatre, the Engleside Restaurant, Sushi Bar, Sand Bar, and the Sea Shell Restaurant are all adjacent to the property. Travel a block further and you are in the heart of the downtown area with dozens of casual and fine dining options, island shops, and activities. This is a Sunday to Sunday Rental and still available for seasonal, monthly or weekly rental.

Sleeps 8 with - One king bed room with sitting area. One bedroom with one full bed and one twin bed. Queen air mattress for upstairs living room. One rollaway twin. 4 Beach badges and 4 beach chairs provided. Must be returned or your deposit will replace the badges for the following guest.

- Pets: permitted only when explicitly approved at booking. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pool, hot tub, and outdoor amenities: use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Trash and recycling: follow the instructions left at the property.
- Departure: please leave the property in the condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover may be charged against the damage deposit.
